I am going to give myself a break and only start the next course in June. I really dun like studying during my weekends....LOL...not that i am doing anything meaningful during my weekends anyway...but i just want to laze.....lazing is my hobby!!!...(^.^)...
So what have i been up to? I made grapefruit meringue pies yesterday.....i seriously didn't think they will come out good since i didn't follow my recipe exactly but they actually taste really good....Ok, i admit I might be biased but hey, it's my blog right??? LOL...sooo it means i can bullshit as much as i want and like.....(^.^) & i got my recipe from this cooking show that i have been following lately...the show is called Bitchin' Kitchen & i am totally digging the show..
As the bitchy name depicts, it's definitely quite different from other cooking shows and i guess that is what draws me to the show...the host looks like a Rock Star with her fully manicured painted fingernails and 3 inches stilettos (hardly the average cooking host)..& most charming is her twisted sense of humor, her accent and her wacky funny straight talking no bullshit wit......and it doesn't hurt that she looks damn good...LOL....she usually has a particular theme in each episode and today at 3pm, the theme is "Rehab Recipes". I can't wait to just crash on my couch with my meringue pie and just watch her show this noon!!!...In a nutshell, it is a pure 30 minutes of sheer twisted rock star entertainment.....(^.^)...& since i finally tested her recipe & it came out great, I'm definitely a Fan now!

& Yes, if i ever lose the pounds i want to, damn i want to do a photo shoot looking like her (Yes! with the 3 inches stiletos and the knife but still looking damn sexy!! LOL)....i know i know....i'm way tooooooo nice a person to look like a bitch & not to mention a rock star looking like a bitch.....hahhaa.....but i can always try...(^.^)...
Since we on the topic of losing weight, I am soo happy to say that i have lost 1.7 pounds this week....the weight is coming off real slow & i dun even know for sure if my scale is really working alright......lol.....but i am choosing to believe in that 1.7 pounds loss...since i have definitely been working hard in my exercise and food intake....i dun want to call it a diet plan cos i dun want it to be a diet plan....it's going to be a lifelong goal to keep myself fit....but ok, let's have the meringue pie first....hahahha....
